Shannon Bowdey is a great agent. Very knowledgeable and if she doesn't know something she will find out for you. She understood our needs and price range and showed us properties that fit well. We live 3 hours away, so when a surprisingly low priced house came on the market and was likely to go fast, Shannon went through the house and made a video of all the rooms, so we could decide if we wanted to make an offer.
